I was initially excited about my stay at Sandman Hotel Edmonton West. especially with the king suite and amenities like the pool and attached Denny's. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, Denny's was under construction, and my room turned out to have two twin beds pushed together rather than an actual king bed. It made for a restless stay, and despite requesting a late check-out for some extra sleep, my peace was disrupted multiple times by housekeeping.
